Our Team
Felipe Germini graduated in civil engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 1999, attending a wide range of industry-related training including Drilling and Production design and technology during his career in O&G. He is also post-graduated in Project Valuation at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Over the span of 21 years in the upstream Oil & Gas industry within the largest oilfield services company in the world (Schlumberger), his career assignments encompassed Field Engineering, Operations Management, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, and Project and Program Management.

Strong track record of accomplishments with both national, independents, and international oil clients (big oil), land & offshore environments in four different areas across the globe (North America, Latin America, Middle East, and Africa) with experience leading multi-million contract negotiations.
Focused on risk management, trusted relationships with project stakeholders, and strategic management of company divisions to deliver performance and efficiency, targeting financial results, always maintaining strong health, safety, and environmental emphasis, while prioritizing customer satisfaction and success.
Highlight to his extensive experience in the management of Integrated Projects involving multiple divisions in different locations of the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, added to unique knowledge about Offshore Drilling and Production rigs activity and management.
Fabiano Duarte graduated at CEFET in Rio de Janeiro, also attending a wide range of industry-related training.

With more than 23 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, he was able to successfully develop a solid and stable career. Being involved in various projects where he had to correctly plan, execute and coordinate Completions, Well Testing and Production operations. Furthermore, using the knowledge acquired over the years he was also able to implement new technologies into the market.
The experience that came from working in a global leading service company, aided the development of distinct skills, related to operations and business management. Enabling to have a broad understanding of the petroleum industry and economy.
Taking into consideration the significance of having crucial and necessary values such as: transparency, leadership, teamwork, resilience and integrity. Offering his clients a remarkable experience, and always attempting to put forward the best alternatives for any matter.
With about 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, Sandro Maciel was able to develop a strong and diverse career. Being involved in various projects , in both onshore and offshore environments, in Brazil and abroad where he had to successfully plan, design, coordinate and execute well interventions, including well stimulation and abandonment operations. Furthermore, using the all the knowledge acquired over the years in multiple positions, he was also able to implement new technologies into different markets.

His strong experience built over many years of collaboration with global leading service companies providing tailored solutions for NOC and IOC’s around the globe, paved the way to develop valuable skills, related to operations and business management. Enabling him to have a broad understanding of the petroleum industry and its economic aspects.

Sandro brings a wealth of knowledge much needed today to address the actual challenges of Brazil’s O&G market. Offering his clients, a remarkable experience, and always attempting to put forward the best alternatives for any matter.
Dayse Petersen graduated as Bachelor Chemistry at UFF (Universidade Federal Fluminense) in 1982, attending inumerous industry-related training during her career in O&G. She is also post-graduated in Project Management at PUC, Rio de Janeiro.

With more than 31 years of experience, through the countless opportunities, challenges, training, dedication and different responsibilities, Dayse has contributed to the market leader company in providing technology and services for the Oil and Gas Industry, developing technical and management skills that provided the maturity and a overview of the various activities and processes that involve the construction and abandonment of oil and gas wells.
​
Along time Dayse worked in a field laboratory providing services to national and international operators, such as Petrobras, Shell, BP, Anadarko, Amerada Hess, Chevron, TOTAL, designing and testing the fluids involved in the well cementing works, performing personnel logistics and sending materials to carry out offshore and onshore cementation operations - always aiming for the integrity of the well, the safety of the operation, the personnel and zero losses for the customer.

Responsible for R&D center for Latin America in ​​cementing fluids and well stimulation, Dayse has developed new technologies and quality control of products, cement, internal process audits and in internal training of engineers, technicians of laboratory, as well as the selection of suppliers of local products, thus minimizing internal costs of importing products and consequently better prices for the customer. Always evaluating the risks involved and acting in compliance with safety, current laws, technical and ethical standards.
Elianne Omena is marine biologist with a solid academic backgroung with Master and PhD in Ecology.
​
For over 20 years she dedicated herself to marine biology research, teaching and supervising graduated students. As biologist and environmental consultant at companies and non-governmental organizations she develops many technical and management skills that enables the application of scientific data, guidelines and compliance to overall project performance. Also, she has competences as a team leader of marine conservation projects and environmental education, promoting awareness programs and stakeholder engagement.

At Research Center of Petrobras, Elianne was involved in various R&D Projects, contributing to design oceanographic campaigns and field sampling protocols as well as to prepare database reports required to permitting process of O&G activity, thus facilitating communication between the company and environmental agencies.
​
At Ecology & Environment do Brasil, she carried out the first offshore Environmental Study of Sedimentary Area (EAAS) at Sergipe-Alagoas and Jacuípe basins, which was a benchmark to help decision-making processes for O&G activities. Throw a new analytical methodology that includes threatened species, biodiversity, oil impact and risk analysis, Elianne and her team proposed a sustainable use of natural resources along the coast of this basins.

Her strong experience that came from many years collaborating with global leading service company enables her engagement in various environmental studies attending operators, companies and government agencies, such as IBP, ANP, Enauta and Perenco. Along this time she has been providing services for the O&G industry, focusing in technical and management solutions of the exploration natural resources connected to the concept of sustainable development.
